Can I use ScreenTec with water if I need a better clean?
No, do not use ScreenTec with water or other liquid cleaning agents. ScreenTec is an abrasive; adding liquid may cause the product to damage your screen.
Can ScreenTec be used to clean something that is not a screen?
ScreenTec is intended to be used on the screens of handheld devices only. ScreenTec is not suitable for painted surfaces, stainless steel, or certain coated screens or lens.
Can I dispose of ScreenTec in my toilet?
No, ScreenTec should be disposed in a solid waste receptacle only.
Why is ScreenTec not working on my screen?
ScreenTec works as an abrasive - it is an extremely fine scrubbing apparatus. For stubborn spots, use more "elbow grease" and apply more pressure. If ScreenTec still does not produce the desired effect, use a new, clean piece.
Can anyone use ScreenTec?
ScreenTec is not intended for use by small children or babies. Small pieces may become a choking hazard. Adult supervision is recommended.
